Seed filling

Whole seeds, filled and readied.

ZeedDrops / The making

Made slow.
On purpose.

How a jar of ZeedBeez Pro is made: seed preparation, gently warmed coffee and honey, and the checks before release. Each step has a purpose, from water removal to batch traceability.

ZeedBeez Pro

From seed
to jar.

From checked ingredients to a sealed jar: eight steps prepare the seeds, blend the coffee and Sidr honey, and keep each batch traceable.

The story explains the process, not a reproducible recipe. Exact ratios and settings stay in the production record.

  1. Checked before preparation. Honey, seeds, coffee and packaging are inspected before use. Supplier lots and dates are recorded, and only approved materials enter the batch.
  2. Five seeds, a twelve-hour soak. Pumpkin, watermelon, sesame, flax and sunflower seeds soak in clean water. Ginger, cardamom and lemon are added for odour control before the seeds are drained.
  3. Black seed and chia, prepared separately. Black seed gets its own shorter soak with lemon before it is powdered. Chia is powdered without soaking. Each seed follows its own preparation before joining the blend.
  4. Dried gently before honey. The soaked seeds dry in a food-grade dehydrator in two controlled stages. This removes water before mixing with honey and prepares the seeds for storage and blending.
  5. Coffee stirred into warm Sidr honey. Coffee is mixed into gently warmed Sidr honey with continuous stirring and temperature checks. The coffee-honey mixture is then left to cool.
  6. Blended with plain Sidr honey. The cooled coffee-honey mixture is blended with more plain Sidr honey until even, ready to be filled with the prepared seeds.
  7. Weighed, sealed and labelled. Seeds and honey are filled to recorded weights. Net quantity, seals and labels are checked, and every jar is linked to its production batch.
  8. Checked before release. Every batch is tested in-house at Z3 Research Laboratories. Process records, required reports and packaging checks are reviewed before release. A batch with a failed check is held for review, not mixed into a new one.

The checks

Held until
it clears.

Batch by batch

Every batch is logged with its own record and tested in-house at Z3 Research Laboratories for purity, potency and label accuracy. A batch ships only after it clears.

Twelve-month shelf life

Each sealed jar carries its manufacturing date and a twelve-month shelf life from that date. Follow the storage directions on the pack you receive.
